I engaged THR in December last year to work on my kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, flooring and robes. Sezer and Raz worked closely and diligently on home, completing the works in under 5 weeks. I cannot recommend them enough. I've had nothing but positive interactions with them from the get go. They've understood that one of the key criteria of a trustworthy contractor is consistent and open communication. They started working on my home while i was still away from Australia and everyday without fail Sezer or Raz would update me on the progress or answer my calls or messages no matter how dumb they were. And, most importantly they looked after the property in my absence. i had done my market research and settled on them as they had the most competitive quote (the 5 star reviewers from other clients definitely helped too). Make no mistake though, the quality of materials and workmanship were not compromised. their experience and network of local suppliers meant that I was able to meet my desired aesthetics within budget and on time. Their sub-contractors were suitably qualified, tidy, respectful and fast, allowing THR to deliver the end result within the promised timeline. SEzer and Raz even came down on Labour Day to tidy up miscellaneous items so that the handover will be smooth! In under 5 weeks they gave me all i had requested and more. There are minimal defects which are being fixed asap and despite having paid in full, they are still delivering that consistent service. i may have been a client but i thoroughly enjoyed our banter and the sound advise they had provided, helping me save money where I can. I work in the construction industry and i can say with confidence that they are one of the easiest reno-contractors to work with. I hope my review does them justice and I am happy to add that I will engage them again in a heartbeat should the opportunity arise. We will be using their services again for the next reno! We recently had a walk-in pantry and home office created and all doors replaced. It has turned out amazing, everything I wanted! They were quick to come and quote, open to all my ideas and honest if it wasn't going to work. They respected that I was working from home while the renovations were happening and were happy to work with me on timing to suit our family schedule. Always punctual! The level of work is amazing, so so impressed! They kept everything neat and tidy throughout the job too! The trades they brought in were also respectful and quality.
